We back all of our labor and workmanship with a one-year warranty starting from the day we complete your service.

If we supply and install any parts or fixtures, you’re also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on those items. We’ll take care of any warranty claims for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

You get our 1-year labor warranty on:

• Repairs
• Installations
• Emergency plumbing services

Any other plumbing work, except for drain cleaning

We want you to feel completely confident in our guarantee, so we’re always upfront about what’s covered and what isn’t.

While we do our very best to stand behind every job, there are a couple of things we simply can’t guarantee:

• Drain cleaning isn’t covered by our labor warranty. Once we’ve cleared your drains, we have no control over what might go down them in the future. New clogs can happen for reasons outside anyone’s control, so it wouldn’t be honest for us to promise a lasting result.

• Parts you provide yourself aren’t covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. If you’d like to supply your own fixtures or materials, we’re glad to install them, but our guarantee only extends to items we provide. This is the only way we can be sure you’re protected if something ever goes wrong.

If your issue involves a part or fixture we supplied, we will work directly with the manufacturer so you do not have to worry about a thing
